• Delivery fee: $2
• Estimated delivery: Same day or next business day depending on order time.

📍 Outside Beirut (All other Lebanese regions)

• Delivery fee: $4
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Processing may take slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or peak sale periods.

3. Delivery Timeline

After processing, your order will be handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Expected timelines:

• Beirut: 24 hours
• Outside Beirut: 24–48 hours

Please note: Delivery time may vary slightly based on your exact location and courier schedule.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing:

• Your order summary
• Expected delivery date
• Support contact in case of any issue

5. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to reach you after two attempts, your order may be returned to us.
In this case, a new delivery charge will apply for re-shipping.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Face360 is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Wrong phone number

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Customer unavailable during delivery times

7. International Shipping

At the moment, Face360 ships only within Lebanon.
International delivery will be introduced later as we expand.
